The ideal applicant should:
 Be smart and reliable
 Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese
 Have a sociable personality with a strong commitment to client service
 Enjoy establishing new business relationships with clients
 Have the ability to work alone or as part of a team
 Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications

The role involves maintaining existing business, handling of enquiries, preparation of quotations as well as follow-up emails and phone-calls. To be considered for this position you will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in underwriting and preferably be in possession of a diploma in insurance or equivalent and / or studying towards attaining such qualification although in-house training will be provided. Being a highly organised and methodical individual is essential for this role.
