The role

The Customer Care officer is a member of the Customer Care team and will be responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times, welcoming and attending to clients in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face‐to‐face and on the phone.

Calamatta Cuschieri is offering a full time post:
Between Monday and Friday 8.30- 18.30 and Saturday from 09:00 till 13:00 totaling to 40 hours per week.

You should:

  • Have previous experience in secretarial role (experience in financial services & / or having a secretarial diploma or similar are considered an asset)
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented manner
  • Be a team player
  • Experience in financial services will be considered an asset
  • Must be fluent in English and Maltese
